Join the Network
We all need places to train and this is an opportunity to open your doors to our veterans. We also understand that retention can be hard for many schools. Our work is to lessen that burden for both the school and the veteran. Every veteran who qualifies for our program gets matched with grappling academies or academies that have an extensive grappling program. We match each veteran based on goals, personality, schedule, and location.
Our evaluation process looks to grappling academies as potential partners based on similar criteria for the veteran. Every affiliate goes through an interview process that includes: a gym profile or personality, the ability to potentially train disabled veterans, the qualifications of the training staff, and overall time in service. Though having a black belt instructor or a school with a lot of ranking belts is preferred, recognizing newer schools, and will determine affiliation on a case by case basis. If a school is under a year old, probationary status will be placed for a short period of time to evaluate the academy
We try to offer our veterans a "top 3", giving our veterans to get a first-hand look at each school in the network. They'll interview the school during the trial period, and share that data with our organization. We give them a 15-day window to make a decision and ask for them to make a commitment for one year. We'll work to represent our veterans to ensure a lasting commitment to their decision.

We will work on the behalf of our veterans. We want them to be engaged, consistent, and to be active in your school. We also advocate on their behalf but will work with you if there is an incident that has to be addressed.

As a partnered facility our goal is to ensure that you will find our veterans to be your best and most consistent students. We follow up with our veterans monthly and expect our veterans to commit to your school.
The Evaluation Process
During the evaluation process, you should expect a discussion on tuition rates, class schedules, the personality or temperament of the school, and the type of student you expect to see. We'll also work with you in promoting your school as a part of our network to aid in your own marketing efforts.
The Network
Not only will you get matched with students that will best fit your school. You will have access to our network of affiliates, similar to that of larger sanctioning bodies. We are also working to partner with these associations and will hope to act as a resource for your school if you are looking for membership in those communities. We also will partner with the VA and other veteran organizations, ensuring a robust network of affiliates.
